HOW LONG DO GRIFGRIPS ADHESIVES LAST?

Wear time varies based on activity level, skin type, and the adhesive option selected. Most GrifGrips are designed to provide secure wear for up to 7 days. For extended wear and high-activity use, our Extreme Adhesive option is designed to last up to 10–14 days when applied to clean, dry skin.

WILL THESE WORK FOR MY SENSITIVE SKIN?

GrifGrips Extreme is designed for maximum hold while remaining breathable and skin-friendly. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing a small area first or choosing our Original or Clear formulas, which many users find gentler for everyday wear.

CAN I SWIM/SHOWER WITH GRIFGRIPS?

Yes! All of our GrifGrips adhesives are water-resistant and designed to stay on through showers, swims, and sweaty adventures.
For best results:
  • Apply to clean, dry skin
  • Avoid lotions or oils before applying
  • Allow the adhesive to set for at least 30 minutes before getting wet
For maximum water performance, we recommend our Extreme formula — they’re built to handle more movement and moisture.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE ADHESIVE SAFELY?

To remove the grip, gently peel it off from one corner, slowly pulling it away from the skin. Take your time to avoid any discomfort. If the grip is particularly stuck, you can use a our adhesive remover wipes around the edges to help loosen it up.

DO YOU OFFER FSA/HSA ELIGIBILITY?
